Globally, collection is a business activity that due to its importance it is reaching every time higher levels of professionalization and specialization.
The Collection Industry undergoes a crucial situation that influences how we understand the collection process due to international economical conditions, the credit development in previous years and particularly regarding the increasing of the non performing loan portfolio as a consequence of the previous points. Today we experience a growth that establishes new challenges and that demands us more and more the professionalization of media and the way we develop our job.

Before this particular situation, the committee organizing the CONVECOB 2009 has designated as the main topic for the general orientation of the event “THE PROFESSIONALIZATION OF COLLECTIONS” for which all activities will have the purpose of aligning to such general vision, particularly making emphasis in training to reach such purpose and standing out, in an important way, the development and operation of the Mexican Institute of the Professionalization of Collections (IMPCOB).
The National Convention of Debt Collection Professionals 2009 is a great opportunity to share your vision, express you ideas and especially to interchange successful experiences that will increase in an outstanding way the ideas that translated into actions will lead us to the improvement of results. |
